Jamie obtained her Master of Urban Planning from McGill University in 2019. While working at the Urban Politics and Governance research group, Jamie analyzed the effect local policy change had on Airbnb activity in North American cities using big data. She is interested in developing policy and planning approaches that target issues such as housing affordability and climate change. Jamie now works at Northern Futures Planning in Ottawa, providing professional advisory services to municipalities across Northern Canada.
